Pet Policy

1. Pet rent is $40.00 per month for your pet. The pet rent is due on the first and late after the 5th. 2. A $200.00 non-refundable fee per pet is required to be paid at move-in before the pet can have access to the apartment home. 3. One (1) pet at no more than 50lbs. weight limit is welcome. 4. You must supply the office certification from your veterinarian at move-in confirming that your animal is current on all shots. This must also be done at the time of recertification, which is the anniversary date of your move-in. Failure to provide shot certification is cause for immediate lease termination. NO rabbits, pigs, snakes, reptiles, arachnids, insects, ferrets or fish tanks (in excess of 40 gallons combined) are permitted. Caged birds, caged hamsters, caged guinea pigs and fish tanks (under 40 gallon combined total volume) are accepted and do not require pet fees. NO Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Bull Terrier, American Bulldogs, Rottweiler's, Chows, Dobermans, Akitas, German Shepherds, Cane Corso's(Mastiff), Pres Canarios, Wolf-Hybrids, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Saint Bernards, or Shar Pei are permitted. Any cross breeds or close breeds of the above named breeds are also restricted from the property. For a complete list of the properties' pet rules please contact the Sawgrass Office.
